Accountant MANAGER Construction Industry (Bilingual Chinese/English)

Role Description:

The Accountant Manager will oversee daily financial activities, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll coordination, general ledger maintenance, and project cost tracking. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of accounting principles, experience in the construction industry, and is fluent in both Chinese and English.

Location: Colleyville, Texas

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Salary Range: $70,000 – $110,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Start Date: Monday, August 4, 2025

Schedule: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant Manager to join our local office and support the financial operations of our construction business.

Responsibilities may include any of the following:

  • Maintain accurate financial records for multiple construction projects
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, and manage vendor payments
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with year-end closings
  • Track project costs and support budget management
  • Communicate with Chinese-speaking partners and vendors as needed
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations
  • Support external audits and tax

Requirements:

  • Bilingual fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is REQUIRED
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is REQUIRED
  • 3+ years of accounting experience in the construction industry experience is REQUIRED
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a small office environment
